For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. New Horizons is an Open Doors program that gives people a hand-up toward a stable, fulfilling life. It provides low-cost housing in exchange for movement toward independence, volunteering to help others, and active spiritual involvement.
